These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging reminder and notification program operated by Haitel Business Process Outsourcing (“Haitel BPO,” “we,” “us”).
Program Description and Voluntary Consent
Customers who voluntarily opt in through our SMS opt-in form may receive SMS webinar appointment reminders and related appointment communications from Haitel Business Process Outsourcing at the mobile phone number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or service.
Message Frequency and Financial Terms
Message frequency varies based on scheduled appointments. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and rate plan.
How to Opt Out and Confirmation
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time. To stop receiving text messages, simply reply STOP to any SMS message received from Haitel BPO. Replying STOP triggers an immediate unsubscribe confirmation and permanently stops SMS messages unless the customer opts in again in the future.
